SET DESIGNER
Vogue UK's No. 1 prize-winning set designer brings her creative vision to the UK
I am Liza Gamsheeva, an award winning Ukrainian set designer, settled in the UK with full rights to work here.
For ten years I've been making sets for the film, music and fashion industry. This includes commercial and music videos, photo and video ads, youtube ads, fashion lookbooks, catwalks, experiences including weddings, parties and corporate events. I've worked with Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Marie Claire, McDonalds, Nescafe, Dirol and other brands.
In 2021, a Ukrainian fashion photographer and I won first prize in a young photograher competition for British Vogue. Our project was published in UK Vogue's September 2021 issue, and the photographer was invited to London to the editorial office. I am honoured to have been part of such a project.
In 2018, I set up my own studio in Kyiv producing scenery, with a warehouse for props and an industry-leading team.
Having arrived in beautiful Bath, Somerset, in April 2022, I'm immersing myself fully in perfecting my English, my daughter is happily in school, and I'm more than ready to bring my creative vision and set design skills to projects in the UK.
